We really don't need to spend a lot of time sunbathing. It isn't like we absolutely must have a golden tan! Yet we do sometimes take the day and lounge about totally nekkid (naked)! I personally would rather be clothes free than having to hang around in a wet swim-suit.
It is very important that we all remember to cover ourselves in sunscreen every time we're outside. It doesn't make any difference how dark-skinned we are, we all need the protection!
